Holiday Self Drive, operated by Ravelguide Srl (“we”, “our”, or “us”), respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your Holiday Self Drive account and related data.
Who can use this page
You can use this page if you have created an account for Holiday Self Drive and want to request:
- deletion of your account; and
- deletion of the personal data associated with that account.

Account Deletion Request
To help us identify your account correctly, please include in your request:
- the email address associated with your Holiday Self Drive account
- your full name (optional but helpful)
- your device platform (Android / iOS, if known)
- any additional details that may help us locate your account
You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.
What happens after your request
After receiving your request, we may take reasonable steps to verify that you are the owner of the account, in order to protect your data and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Once your request has been verified:
- we will delete your account; and
- we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory reasons.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What data will be deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we will delete the account and the personal data associated with it, which may include, where applicable:
- account profile information
- login and authentication data
- saved preferences
- travel content created or stored under your account
- support requests or communications linked to your account
- any other personal data associated with your use of the app
Data that may be retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information where required or permitted by applicable law, or where necessary for legitimate purposes such as:
- legal compliance
- tax or accounting obligations
- fraud prevention
- security and abuse prevention
- dispute resolution
- enforcement of legal rights
Where retention is necessary, the data will be kept only for the period required for those purposes.
Important note
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or the data associated with it.
